Metamorphosis of a Fox

“Before the fox she was a bird, before the bird she was a woman.”

The photographic series is an ongoing  research between dance and photography. In this very context the body of the dancer represents “the animal spirit”. The series emerges from the fact that the evolution and socialisation have changed the phisicality of the individual and that the natural and instinctive movement has changed with reason and logic of societal progress. On a more abstract level the series reminds us about metamorphosis of our personality throughout our life span.
