Urška Preis is a musician, a harpist and a visual artist, born in Ljubljana. She is a member of the duo II/III alongside Tine Vrabič – Nitz, a producer of electronic music. During her studies in Leipzig, she established herself on the contemporary music scene with her solo project rouge-ah, with which she has toured in Slovenia and abroad.

In October 2018, the record label Kamizdat published rouge-ah’s debut album, bare. Its nine tracks cross a wide spectrum of electro-acoustic genres with their use of field recordings, noisy drone-like ambient, and diverse processing of acoustic and electric harp. bare is an auditory self-portrait, on which the author, with the use of her musical poetics, bares the intimate and abstract image of painful sentimentality.
