Umfang, co-founder of the infamous Discwoman collective, grows up in a politically minded environment and as a result, seeks to reverse the imbalances she recognizes in the music industry. Because of that she starts, together with Beta Librae, organizing parties in Bossa Nova which morph into the famous series of events Technofeminism. Right there in 2014, she first meets Frankie Hutchinson, one of the founding members of the Discwoman collective.

The mission of the collective is to provide individuals who identify as women with paid performances in clubs and other venues. Since their first two-day festival in New York, the collective has become a global force committed to advancing dance music, inspiring the formation of like-minded collectives and encouraging conversations about inclusion and diversity in the music industry.

Umfang easily deconstructs the average techno set, unmasks it, and brings it together into a new whole. The same can be argued for her amorphous-polyrhythmic production, published by Ninja Tune.

The infamous UMFANG will be joined on stage by Warrego Valles, Estera, Pobalnika, B L N and Volk.
